Returns & Exchanges

At Scrubsy, we want you to feel as good as you look in our premium medical apparel. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn, unwashed scrubs with original tags attached back into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
